Nail the interview process like a pro!

In an interview, researchers and healthcare professionals frequently use a linear approach when telling how good they are instead of illustrating their value. This course teaches participants how to comb through their experience for the stories that not only illustrate their accomplishments and individual value, but also can be applied to various typical interview questions. From there, participants will learn how to seamlessly intertwine these stories into indirect questions as a way to ensure that the breadth and depth of their experience is covered, even in a short interview.

Holly has served as President of BioGAP, the biomedical sciences chapter of NAGAP, and regularly works with graduate students, postdocs, professionals, and organizations in the Texas Medical Center, the largest medical center in the world.
